Every PCA undergoes extensive hands-on training, passes a competency exam, and gains CPR / AED / First Aid Certifications to become fully prepared to deliver support and exceptional care for those in need. After a PCA is trained they are placed within the personal care industry based on various factors including their skills, qualifications, experience, and the needs of the industry or specific agencies.
